BlackGold - Oil, Gas, Gold, and Silver Tracking App Reviews

Have had Blackgold for a while and have found you to be responsive to my requests, how fast you responded blew me away. Currently have problems saving a change to the settings. Personally, interested in gold prices. Tried to change the startup screen to Gold and to include legacy charts. Each time I exit out the new settings do not take effect. Secondly, one of the gold quotes seems to be acting up. Youve delivered in the past, I trust you will do the same here.

Why not have more options than 1day and 5 day charts?

Keeps kicking me out and wont load after it updated on June 9th. WTF. I paid for this app. Now this.

Oil price wont update to current price with refresh button. Have to close app and reopen to get current prices

I have had no problems. Works great. Simple, User friendly, no crashes just results that I need.

I wonder if i paid again it will work? I paid back in August, it worked 1 day and went back to the free version ever since. I have written to them multiple times with no response. Recommend u do NOT pay for this app.

Used to hold customizations, but no longer. Does not keep your state gas setting. It also daily shoots an oil price off the chart, then a short time later falls to the then current price... Sometimes this happens every hour, and you no longer have a clue as to the real price of crude, is it the higher or the lower price. Frequently prices are missing or just never load and the wheel just spins forever. Great app when it works, but that is not often. If they would really fix it, I would give it 5stars, but as is, I can only give it 2 stars.

Advertising for Barack Obama (as to what hes doing "for all energy") makes one question the accuracy of tour data. Having Obama as the poster boy for oil and gas is a bad joke.

no longer updates oil prices.. no response from developers to ten day old trouble ticket.. junk

I still have the crash on start, if I keep trying it will work sometimes. Wheres an update? This app is being deleted from my devices maybe Ill try it again once there is an update to fix all the issues.

Gas prices are far from accurate for my area.... My local had prices are at least 50 cents lower than what is shown

This app is extremely accurate and excellent gauging volatility within the market concerning energy, the graphs are well designed and show market flux nicely!!!!! I recommend this app to anyone involved in the oil and gas industry, or anyone who has interest in the energy market!

Tracks gasoline prices, gold & WTI (Texas crude) but I wish it tracked Brent Crude as well!

This app does not work. Did latest update. Still crashes. Was great. Also no support.

There was an update which gave greater functionality. Then a few days ago, it went back to what it was. I want to track movements in natural gas. Now its not as good. What gives? Get your act together.

Why is crude not updating during market hours. Going on over week now If bit doesnt work, it is useless!!

This app used to update every few minutes giving you almost real time info. Now it only happens once a day. I deleted this app and downloaded Arrow oil and gas. It is much better with real time updates.
